Seaford – The Delaware State Police are currently on the scene of a crash involving a tractor trailer that has overturned on Route 13.  As a result of the crash, all lanes of Route 13 northbound are closed at Concord Road.

Motorists will experience heavy delays in the area and are advised to seek alternate routes of travel.
