Bethany Beach- Delaware State Police have identified the individuals that died during an industrial accident on November 2, 2020, at approximately 10:31 a.m., at 39602 Waterworks Court, Bethany Beach, as 23-year-old Jovan Maldonado of Puerto Rico and 22-year-old Bryan Maldonado Andino of Puerto Rico.

This remains an active and ongoing investigation. Division of Forensic Science and US Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) are assisting with the investigation.
