New Castle – The Delaware State Police are currently on the scene of a crash at the intersection of Delaware Rt. 273 (Christiana Road) & Airport Road.  As a result, De. Rt. 273 eastbound will be closed down for an extended period of time while the investigation continues.  

Motorists will experience delays in the area and are advised to seek alternate routes of travel.
