Wilmington – The Delaware State Police are currently on scene investigating a roll-over crash involving an oil tanker with a fuel spill that occurred at approximately 6:09 a.m. this morning, Thursday, October 01,  2020, on Kirkwood Highway at Farrand Drive, Wilmington, DE.

As a result of the crash, Kirkwood Highway is closed in both directions.  Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes of travel.
