Wilmington– Delaware State Police have identified the name of the of the individual who died in a crash while riding a bicycle on September 29, 2020, at the intersection of Philadelphia Pike and Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, as 16 year-old Fidel Oseguera-Guerrero of Wilmington, DE.
The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
