Bridgeville– Delaware State Police have identified the name of the of the individual who died in a crash on September 5, 2020, on Seashore Highway (SR 18) east of Oak Road, as 34-year-old Axel J. Ortiz-Velazquez of Milford, DE.  Velazquez was transported to a nearby hospital by ambulance where he was pronounced deceased shortly after arriving.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
