Wilmington- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the pedestrian who died in a crash on July 3, 2020, on South Heald Street, Wilmington, as 24-year-old Josue Ortiz, of Newark, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
