Dover- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the of the driver who died in a crash on July 4, 2020, on Bay Road (SR 1), Dover, as 24-year-old  Jasmyn D. Brummell of Frederica, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
