Millsboro- The Delaware State Police have identified the names of the of the individuals who died in a crash on July 3, 2020, on Mount Joy Road, Millsboro, as 18-year-old Keiner Diaz-Lopez of Georgetown, and 72-year-old John L. Bradley of Millsboro, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
