Wilmington– The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a motor vehicle crash on DE-495 approximately 1 mile south of Edgemoor Rd. on May 10, 2020 as 52-year-old Melanie M. Toto of New Castle, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
