Wilmington – The Delaware State Police have identified 27 year old, David Zechman of Wilmington, as the operator of a Yamaha R6 motorcycle, who was killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 11:21 a.m., Monday, May 4, 2020 on the northbound I-95 on ramp from MLK Jr. Blvd., in the area of W. 2nd St., Wilmington.
