Rehoboth Beach, DE – Delaware State Police have arrested a Milford man after it was determined he was driving under the influence for the 4th time. The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m., Friday, March 6, 2019, as a Trooper out of Troop 7, observed a white, Chevrolet Impala speeding while traveling southbound on Coastal Highway, in the area of Old Landing Rd, Rehoboth Beach.
Upon making contact with the operator, who was identified as Marc White 52, of Milford, a strong odor of alcohol was detected, which furthered a DUI investigation.
A computer check revealed White had 3 prior DUI convictions, making this his 4th offense. White was subsequently arrested and transported back to Troop 7 where he was charged with the following:
White was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court #3 and then committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $6,150.00 cash bail.
