Troopers Attempting to Identify Burglary Suspect – Bear

Bear – The Delaware State Police are investigating a pair of burglaries that occurred in mid-January, and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.

During the overnight hours of Monday, January 13 into Tuesday, January 14, 2020, the pictured suspect made forcible entry into the yard of Best Bear Auto Sales located at 710 Pulaski Hwy. After gaining access into the yard, the suspect attempted to steal a vehicle, however his attempt was interrupted by a passer-by and he fled without obtaining any property.

After fleeing Best Bear Auto Sales the suspect then gained entry onto the property of Foley CAT, located at 720 Pulaski Hwy. Once on the property the suspect broke into multiple vehicles, making off with an assortment of stolen property.
