New Castle – The Delaware State Police are currently conducting an investigation in the unit block of Bunker Hill Rd., in the development of Penn Acres South, New Castle. At this time the incident is contained to a specific residence, however as a precautionary measure several roadways have been affected to include Valley Forge Rd., W. University Avenue and Yorktown Rd. Citizens will notice a heavy police presence in the vicinity and are asked to avoid the area. The investigation is active and ongoing with further details being released as they become available.
