Laurel-  The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on December 25, 2019 on Fire Tower Road as 67-year-old Michael R. Thiel of Seaford, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
