Milford- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on January 4, 2020 on Coastal Highway at Pine Haven Road as 72-year-old Virgil L. Stewart of Harrington, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
