Fenwick Island- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the pedestrian who died in a crash on January 1, 2020, on Costal Highway, Fenwick Island, as 44-year-old Israel Jackson Kreger, of Ocean City, Maryland.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
