Wilmington – The Delaware State Police are on scene of a serious motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian that occurred at approximately 6:24 p.m., Friday, December 27, 2019 on U.S. Rt. 202 (Concord Pike) in the area of Rocky Run Parkway.
