Milford- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the pedestrian who died in a crash on December 18, 2019, as 55-year-old Fred L. Drew Jr. of Dover, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
