Stanton – The Delaware State Police have identified Jaiwon J. Pollard, 23, of Wilmington, as the driver of a Hyundai Elantra who was killed in a motor vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 6:01 a.m., Monday, December 2, 2019 on Stanton-Christiana Rd. (Rt. 7) at the intersection with Old Rt. 7.
