Wilmington– The Delaware State Police have identified the driver who died in a crash on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, on Concord Pike (US Rt. 202) southbound north of Powder Mill Rd. as 35-year-old Ryan Ferrer of Wilmington, Delaware.
The crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit and anyone with information is asked to contact Cpl. J. Breen by calling 302-365-8486.
