Newark, Delaware –  The Delaware State Police are releasing the name of the tractor-trailer driver who died in a crash on Sunday, November 17, 2019, on (I-95) John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway south of DE 273 and north of the Delaware Service Center as 65-year-old Gary J. Buffalino of Centereach, New York.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
