Lewes- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on October 18, 2019 on Kings Highway, Lewes, as 56-year old Dale Carter, of Lewes Delaware.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
