Troopers Investigating Shots Fired Incident-Hartly

Hartly– The Delaware State Police are investigating the report of multiple shots being fired.

The incident occurred on October 5, 2019 at approximately 3:10 a.m., when Troopers were dispatched to the area of Blue Bird Drive, Hartly for reports of shots being fired.  Multiple citizens had reported hearing numerous shots being fired outside.  Upon arrival to the area, the unknown suspect(s) had fled the scene.  Troopers located multiple shell casings in the area.  There were no reports of any injuries as a result of this incident.

There is no suspect information at this time.
