Milton- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on October 3, 2019 on Coastal Highway (SR1), and Lockerman Road, as 64-year-old Joshua Clendaniel 3rd of Milton, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
