*Update #2 Name Released* Troopers Investigating Fatal Crash- Seaford

Seaford- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on September 30, 2019 on County Seat Highway (US 9) at the intersection of Asbury Road, as 48-year-old Hope A. Jackson, of Seaford, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
