Delaware City, Delaware –  The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on September 28, 2019, on Hamburg Road between U.S. 13 and DE 9 as 25-year-old Chelsea F. Kuczynski of Middletown, Delaware.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
