Newark – The Delaware State Police have identified Albert J. Frankel, 61 of Middletown, as the driver of a 2014 Nissan Sentra, who was killed in the crash that occurred at approximately 4:46 p.m., Tuesday, September 24, 2019 on I-95 southbound approximately .5 miles north of DE Rt. 72.
