Millsboro- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on September 16, 2019 on Indian Town Road, east of Hudson Road, as 20-year-old Demizha Sondrell Romance Sturgis, of Wyoming, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
