*UPDATE-Victim Identified* Troopers Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Crash – Frankford

Frankford – The Delaware State Police have identified Patsy A. Baine (Woreman) as the pedestrian who was struck and killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 9:55 p.m., Friday, September 6, 2019, on DuPont Blvd. (US 113) north of Berry Rd., within the limits of Frankford.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact Cpl. J. Burns of the Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit by calling 302-644-5020.
