Lincoln- The Delaware State Police are releasing the name victim who was found deceased along the side of Fleatown Road, Lincoln on August 28, 2019.

The victim has been identified by the Delaware Division of Forensic Science as 30-year-old Desiree Vincent of Lincoln, DE.

The case continues to remain under investigation to determine the cause and manner of death.
