Troopers Investigating Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash – New Castle

New Castle– The Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a fatal crash involving a single vehicle that occurred at approximately 1:53 p.m., Thursday, September 5, 2019 on Wrangle Hill Rd. (DE Rt. 72) in the area of School House Rd.

As a result of the crash and ongoing investigation Wrangle Hill Rd. is closed in both directions at School House Rd. Motorists will experience significant delays in the area and are advised to seek alternate routes of travel.

The investigation is in the early stages with further details being released as they become available.
