Harbeson- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who died in a crash on August 30, 2019 on Indian Mission Road (SR 5) and Beaver Dam Road (CR 285), as 79-year-old  John R. Acken, of Old Tappan, New Jersey.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
