New Castle- The Delaware State Police have identified the names of the individuals who died in a plane crash on August 18, 2019 west of I95 southbound in the area of Churchmans Road, as the pilot, 52-year-old Terrence Daniels of Philadelphia, PA and instructor, 79-year-old Albert Dohring of Middletown, DE.
The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
