The preliminary investigation has determined the incident occurred at approximately 8:53 a.m., this morning, August 18, 2019, when an aircraft crashed into a wooded area west of I95.  A motorist that was traveling on I95 in the area of Churchmans Road reported seeing what appeared to be a plane crash into the wooded area.
