*UPDATE – Victim Succumbs to Injuries* Troopers Investigating Serious Crash – Greenwood

Greenwood, Delaware – The Delaware State Police have identified Kathryn E. West, 31 of Seaford, as an employee of the Bay to the Beach Builders that was struck in a collision that occurred at approximately 11:01 a.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2019, on East Market Street, SR 16 and Sussex Highway (U.S. 13) Greenwood, Delaware.

Kathryn West was initially transported by ambulance to the Nanticoke Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. She was later air-lifted to the Christiana Hospital where she remained in critical condition until she succumbed to her injuries on Sunday, August 4, 2019.
