Smyrna- The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the driver who was killed in a crash that occurred on July 20, 2019 on US RT 13 by the Smyrna Rest Area, as 40-year-old Tamrell O. Blake of Newark, DE.

The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
