Clayton, Delaware – The Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in attempting to locate 44-year-old Cheryl M. Boggs of Clayton, Delaware who is wanted for multiple crimes.
Troopers are currently investigating a theft of farm equipment from a residence in Clayton that occurred on April 7, 2019. It was determined that Boggs gained access to the property, stole the equipment and then sold the items for cash without permission from the owner. Several days later, on May 10, 2019, Boggs also stole several checks from a residence in Clayton and has forged several checks in attempts to cash them.
Troopers have been unable to locate Cheryl M. Boggs who currently has active warrants out of Troop 3, Camden and Troop 9, Odessa for the following:
Cheryl M. Boggs is also wanted out of Sussex County Superior Court for Theft of Motor Vehicle and Kent County Family Court for Criminal Contempt PFA
