Troopers Attempt to Identify Burglary Suspect-Dover

Dover- The Delaware State Police are investigating a commercial burglary and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.

The incident occurred on the morning of May 18, 2019, when Troopers responded to the Trading Post Pawn shop, located at 4008 S. DuPont Highway, Dover, for a burglary report.  Upon arrival, it was discovered that the suspect forced entry into the business by throwing a brick through the glass door.  Once inside the suspect removed a blue Savage Arms 50. Cal Muzzleloader and a JT ER2 Paintball gun from behind the counter before fleeing eastbound across S. DuPont Highway and into Palmer Park located within Star Hill.
