*UPDATE- Victim Identified* Troopers Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Crash – Newark

Newark – The Delaware State Police have identified 28 year old Lanier Brooks of Newark as the pedestrian who was struck and killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 12:36 a.m., Sunday, May 26, 2019 on eastbound Christiana Rd. (DE Rt. 273) west of Old Baltimore Pike, Newark.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information regarding the incident are asked to contact Sgt. D. Alexander of the Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit by calling 302-365-8484.
