The incident occurred at approximately 12:19 a.m., Monday, May 27, 2019 on southbound I-95 just south of the Jackson St. on-ramp. A 2016 Toyota Sienna, operated by a 44 year old Middletown man, was traveling I-95 southbound in the right lane, just south of Jackson St. A Suzuki motorcycle, operated by a 41 year old New Castle man, was traveling I-95 southbound at a high rate of speed while weaving in and out of traffic.
