Claymont – The Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a serious motor vehicle crash, involving three vehicles, that occurred at approximately 10:17 a.m., on I-495 southbound just south of Philadelphia Pike, Claymont.

As a result of the crash I-495 southbound is closed, with all traffic being diverted on to I-95.

The investigation is in the early stages with further details being released as they become available.
