New Castle – The Delaware State Police are currently on scene  of a crash involving a school bus and a special needs transport vehicle that has restricted northbound Basin Rd. (DE 141) to a single lane in the area of the I-95 southbound on-ramp.

Motorists will experience significant delays in the area and are advised to seek alternate routes of travel. For updated traffic conditions and road closure information log on to:
