Troopers Attempting to Identify Burglary Suspect-Felton

Felton– The Delaware State Police are investigating a commercial burglary and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.

The incident occurred on March 23, 2019 at approximately 4:13 a.m., when Troopers were dispatched to the Goose Creek gas station located at 11425 S. Dupont Highway, Felton in reference to a commercial alarm.  Further investigation revealed that a suspect used an unknown tool to break the glass and enter the business.  Once inside, the suspect removed several boxes of cigarettes.  The suspect also attempted to break into the ATM machine, causing damage, however was unsuccessful.  The suspect fled the scene on foot and was last seen in the area of  Memorial Drive and Sanford Street, Felton.  The cigarettes were recovered near the scene.

The suspect is described as a white male wearing a hoodie tight to his face and dark pants.
