Bear- The Delaware State Police are currently on the scene of a serious crash involving a pedestrian.

The incident occurred on March 10, 2019 at approximately 8:29 p.m. on eastbound Pulaski Highway (Rt. 40) at Buckley Boulevard, in which the roadway is closed at this time.

Motorist should expect delays in this area and are advised to seek alternate routes of travel.

The investigations is in it’s early stages with further details being released as they become available.
