*UPDATE #2 Victim Identified* Troopers Investigating Vehicle into Pond SR 1 Northbound at New Discovery Rd.– Townsend

Townsend – The Delaware State Police have identified Jamie L. Powell, 35 of Dagsboro, as the driver who was killed when her vehicle traveled off of State Route 1 northbound in the area of New Discovery Rd., and became submerged in a retention pond. The crash occurred at approximately 1:06 p.m., Wednesday, February 20, 2019.
