Troopers Investigating Late Reported Shots Fired Incident-Bridgeville

Bridgeville, Delaware – The Delaware State Police are currently investigating an incident in which shots were fired at a residence last night.

The preliminary investigation has determined shots were fired in the unit block of Mill Park Drive, Bridgeville at approximately 8:30 p.m., Saturday, January 19, 2019. The occupants of the residence called the following day and reported hearing a fight outside just before shots being fired. The 33-year-old female and 37-year-old-male occupants discovered damage to the their residence from the apparent shots fired. There were no reports of injury as a result of this incident.

There is no suspect information at this time.

This case continues to remain under investigation by Troop 4, Major Crimes Unit.  Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Detective C.
