Dover, Delaware – The Delaware State Police have identified Davon T. Johnson, 27 of Hartly, as the operator of the Kawasaki motorcycle, who was killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 10:21 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 on Forrest Avenue (SR 8) at the Artis Drive intersection west of Dover, Delaware.
