Milton– The Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a serious crash involving two vehicles that occurred at approximately 1:28 p.m., Monday, November 5, 2018 on Gravel Hill Road at Shingle Point Road.  As a result of this crash the roadway is closed in all directions.
