Newark – The Delaware State Police are identifying Shadi Mabrouk, 64 of Wilmington as the operator of a Mazda M3, who was killed in a single vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:01 p.m., Friday, October 26, 2018 on E. Chestnut Hill Rd. (DE Rt. 4) in the area of Marrows Rd.
